Welcome to SIMPLE Communication. These Terms of Service ("Agreement") govern your use of the SIMPLE Communication platform ("Services"), operated by SIMPLE Communication OĆ ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.
1. Our Services
SIMPLE Communication is a subscription-based platform (app and website) that allows users to ask questions to personality and behavior experts. Answers are provided in audio format and organized according to DISC personality styles and categorized into life areas such as Workplace, Partnership, Parenting, Family, Leadership, and Home. We use the SIMPLE Communication Technique, which promotes clarity, empathy, and precision.
You may access this content through a valid monthly or yearly subscription.
2. User Accounts
To use the Services, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete, and current information. You must be at least 18 years old. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized access or use of your account.
3. Subscription and Payment
- Access to the Services is available by monthly or yearly subscription.
- Payments are securely processed through third-party services, including Stripe.
- You may cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain active until the end of your current billing cycle.
- We reserve the right to change subscription pricing or terms. You will be notified in advance of any changes.

4. Ownership and Use of Content
- Audio content is contributed by experts and remains their intellectual property.
- You are granted a personal, non-transferable, non-commercial license to access the content.
- You may not share, copy, distribute, modify, or publicly display any content outside the platform.
- Content is for personal use only.
5. Disclaimer
We are not a medical, legal, psychological, or therapeutic service.
All content provided through the SIMPLE Communication platform is for informational and educational purposes only. It is not intended to be professional advice or a substitute for consultation with qualified professionals in health, mental health, law, or other relevant fields. We do not make any warranties regarding the accuracy or effectiveness of the advice provided. Use of the Services is entirely at your own risk.
We disclaim any and all liability for any outcomes resulting from reliance on our Services. The answers provided by experts reflect their personal knowledge and experience and are not guaranteed to be applicable to every user or situation.
6. Limitations of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law:
- We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
- Our total liability for any claims under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
7. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Services at any time and without prior notice if you violate these Terms. You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, access to the platform and content will cease. No refunds will be issued unless otherwise stated below.
8. Refund & Cancellation Policy
Our Services are provided on a subscription basis, with monthly and yearly plans available. Subscriptions grant access to our platform, including expert audio responses and categorized content by DISC personality styles.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your subscription at any time:
- Cancellations can be made from your account settings within the platform.
- After cancellation, you will retain access to the platform until the end of your current billing period (monthly or yearly).
- No additional charges will occur after cancellation.
Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital content:
- We do not offer refunds for partially used subscription periods.
- Refunds will not be issued for failure to cancel on time.
- Refunds may be considered on a case-by-case basis only if:
- A technical issue prevents access to the platform and cannot be resolved by our support team.
- A duplicate payment is made in error.

Free Trials (If Offered)
If a free trial is available:
- You will not be charged until the end of the trial period.
- You may cancel at any time during the trial to avoid being charged.
9. Confidentiality
You agree not to disclose any confidential or non-public content accessed through the platform, including expert-only features or internal system functionalities. You may not reproduce or share such content without written permission.
10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
Any disputes related to these Terms will be governed by Estonian law. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Estonia. In the event of a legal dispute, both parties agree to first attempt to resolve the matter informally.
11. Third-Party Services
We may use various third-party services to enhance the functionality of the platform, including but not limited to:
- Stripe (payment processing)
- Google Analytics (data and performance tracking)
- Kajabi (website and platform infrastructure)
- Meta Pixel and other marketing tools
- Audio recording or delivery services
- Email marketing and customer service tools (e.g., Mailchimp, Intercom)
- Survey and form tools (e.g., Typeform)
Use of these services is subject to their respective privacy policies and terms.
12. Changes to Terms
We may modify these Terms from time to time. Updated versions will be posted on our website and app, with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
